To provide exercise classes for those who have had a stroke on behalf on the Stroke Foundation (participants need to be members of their local stroke club to attend). Programmes are designed by a physiotherapist to be safe and beneficial for those with arthritis and who have suffered a stroke. The classes include information on arthritis and strokes and tips on how to live with these conditions. To provide expert advice to individuals and organisations on exercise for those with chronic conditions, disabilities or age related problems, including falls prevention. Therapy Professionals have been providing exercise classes to the elderly for 25 years and have conducted the current classes since 1997
