A friendly running/walking group for women. Meets every Thursday evening at 6pm, all year around at the Old Rugby Club Rooms at Hagley Park. Go in the Armagh St Bridge gates into Hagley Park and meet at the Old Rugby Club building just before the tennis courts on the right hand side. During winter park on the street as the gates on the bridge entrance are locked at 5:30pm. Details on website. The group is for all levels of fitness and abilities from walking, jogging and running. The Sunday Walk meets on Sundays at 10.30am, at various locations around Christchurch. Most walks are on the flat and last approximately one hour. Bring warm clothes, jacket, drink and a snack. All ages and abilities are welcome and walks are marked if they are not suitable for wheelchair or pram access. All walks are free so come along with a friend or come alone and meet some new people.
